Previously, I worked in education as an elementary teacher and behavior specialist where I gained extensive experience with children and families with a wide range of needs including: anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma. However, I have a passion for providing support to people of all ages and needs.
My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to the needs of my clients. With a holistic, strength-based, and person-centered approach we will explore evidence-based techniques for healing that are personalized to you and your goals.
