I have extensive experience treating individuals experiencing depression. I empower them to break out of repetitive negative cycles and tap into their natural resiliency in order to heal and create more meaningful lives. I also specialize in helping individuals who are seeking relief from anxiety. I teach skill development in self-care and mindfulness.
I have a special interest in helping individuals navigate life transitions, including working with individuals who are adjusting to parenthood and working with young adults around issues such as adapting to college, starting a career, managing work/life balance, and navigating romantic relationships.
