Have you ever felt stuck in life? I desire to help people get unstuck in areas they are struggling. I believe there is hope for each person seeking help and change. My passion is to assist individuals and couples on their healing and growth journeys, and I count it a privilege to be a small part of that journey. I aim to help people gain a better understanding of themselves, create healthy boundaries, increase self-care and self-awareness, and build healthier relationships. I want to assist others in strengthening weakness and developing healthy coping skills to manage life's challenges. The hope is to produce lasting change.
I love working with women, men, couples, parents, and young adults. My hope is to create a safe space for people to feel comfortable and accepted, not judged. My specialty is couples at any stage of their relationship, but I love working with all types of individuals as well.
