I specialize in working with individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, and Trauma. I have extensive experience providing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD/anxiety, I am trained in EMDR for trauma, and I am the author of ACT Your Way to the Life You Love - available on Amazon.
