Hi, I'm Allison Logue! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Encinitas, San Diego. I created Alight Therapy Group because my colleagues and I are passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, and families in healing from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, body image, and relationship issues. Alight Therapy Group values working with a wide range of people of all sizes, races, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and have lived experience with eating disorder recovery.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and their families in eating disorder treatment settings and have supported individuals in their transitions back into work, school, and family life following treatment.
Clients have described my therapeutic style as warm, empathic, energetic, and infused with humor. Alight Therapy treats clients in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Our office is in Encinitas, however we will have offices in Los Angeles and Orange County for in-person sessions soon.
