Hi! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in providing evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques. I specialize in the treatment of adolescents, adults, and families, struggling with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, impulsive behaviors, self-harm, relationship problems, tolerating distress, and trauma reactions. I truly believe that treatment is most successful when working collaboratively with a client to identify and work towards goals.

My areas of expertise include mood disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, posttraumatic stress disorder, and personality disorders. I provide both individual therapy as well as skills group therapy to help clients learn and acquire effective coping skills to help improve the quality of their life.

Treatment works best when a client feels supported, understood, heard, and not judged. I strive to balance acceptance of where a client currently is and help them move towards change in order to get them where they want to be. I am licensed to provide teletherapy and in-person therapy to residents of NY.

DBT Skills Boot Camp - Not currently being offered

For Young Adults, this DBT Skills Group will cover all 4 of the Adult DBT Modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. A curriculum that typically takes 6 months to cover will be taught over the course of 6 weeks, meeting 3 times/week, all via telehealth. This Boot Camp is for Young Adults ages 18 through late-20s. Spots are limited. If interested, please call or email for more information or to set-up a brief video screening.
