Hello, nice to meet you! I'm Allison Konovalova, LMFT, practicing in Miami, FL. Therapy is a collaborative, transformative experience and the benefits from the therapeutic relationship can be lifelong. I have found that the potential for growth and change is unlimited with the right support at the right time. I specialize in treating dysfunctional relationship patterns (with families, partners or friends), identifying and treating communication issues in couples, childhood trauma, addiction , attachment issues and mood disorders.
I utilize several approaches including Person centered, Family systems therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and DBT skills I strive to create a warm therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe sharing their challenges, and feel supported.
