Access the therapeutic benefits of time spent in nature, while connecting with other women and learning skills to become proficient at hiking, navigation, and hike preparation. This 6-week group will also prepare those who are interested to participate in a Therapeutic Backpacking group, which culminates in an overnight backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail.
