I have over 12 years of experience working in a variety of settings working with individuals in outpatient, home-based, inpatient and emergency services. In my work I integrate EMDR, art therapy, mindfulness, CBT and DBT skills to support clients in achieving their goals. All sessions are telehealth on HIPPA compliant platform.
My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with a space that is safe, supportive, compassionate and validating. Within this space I am passionate about working alongside my clients in their journey to heal from emotional distress to move past the trauma and live a fulfilling life.
