I enjoy working with people in the midst of life transitions, whether changes in relationship, life stage, starting college, grief and loss, fertility challenges, re/entering the work force, or spiritual concerns. I especially enjoy working with those seeking therapy for the first time.

I work collaboratively using an integrative and contextual approach to bring empathy, compassion, and practical strategies to your journey toward greater well-being. I believe it is important to acknowledge underlying needs and how one is trying to get them met in order to bring healing and growth out of pain and struggle.
