We all face our own challenges and come across barriers in life, whether from inside us or within our environments, that make it difficult to reach our goals and live the lives we want to live. These struggles can take many forms such as despair, hopelessness, and anxiety. We are not meant to walk through life physically, mentally, or emotionally isolated and without the help of others. I hope to be able to provide that help for those who need it. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, shame, or something else, I look forward to speaking with you so that we can work together on finding the next steps forward.
I have experience in recovery/substance misuse with specialty knowledge in opioids. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals that have been victims of crime and have experienced trauma. I have a LGBTQ+, Kink/BDSM, and Poly/CNM friendly approach that emphasizes holistic care. I have additional expertise with asexuality and the Ace community.
I hope to continue learning and expanding my understanding and awareness of the experiences of individuals of different races and ethnicities, fat empowerment, neurodiversity, chronic health conditions, expressive therapies, and gender diversity. I hope to create a space that is safe for all people on their journeys to heal, find peace, and grow.
