I have an extensive history working with folks who identify as female who have struggled with their mental health. I am versed in working with Anxiety disorders, Mood Disorders such as Depression, Eating Disorders, and Complex Trauma. My experience of working in acute levels of care such as inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient for Eating Disorders has given me an added perspective on what quality client care should look and feel like. I am passionate about providing a level of understanding that helps my clients feel less alone in their healing journey.
I offer a creative therapeutic style driven by evidenced based modalities tailored to your needs. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process what has happened to you and together we can identify which interventions and resources are best for you.
