Are mental health symptoms getting in the way of what you want to do? I get it, that can be so hard but thankfully, therapy can help. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you feel better and move toward the life you want. I work with people ages 18+ on most issues such as anxiety, OCD, depression (not SI), panic disorder, life changes, self-esteem, grief, Borderline, etc. I take insurance CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna.
