What can therapy offer you? When we enter the therapeutic alliance together, I show up as my most curious self, delicately attending to the pain, joy, anxieties, questions, themes, and unknowns that live deep within your own consciousness (and lots of times, unconscious structures.) Together, we can explore the deeper questions life pushes us towards about our behaviors, thought patterns, purpose, existence, and what it means to live and die "awake.” I enjoy working with clients to learn coping skills, behavioral change strategies, and how to make values based decisions.
Through my training as a clinical social worker and former hospice social worker, I have gained the skills to bravely venture into the gray, the middle ground, the magic that exists in the in-between and transitions of life. We mustn't be afraid of anxiety! I would be honored to guide you to more peace.
I enjoy working with individual adults 18+ and couples who are struggling, sometimes without knowing why, to heal relationship structures and understand motivations behind their behaviors. I accept most major insurance carriers and also offer private pay sessions.
