Over the past 15 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals & families navigate difficult periods & transitions in their lives. Part of my job is to hold pain in order to help create space for healing.
Working with school age youth has provided me opportunity to work with families as well, helping parents and teens “speak each others language”. Areas of focus include youth empowerment, building self- confidence, healthy body image, anxiety & depression management, trauma, and medical trauma.
During our work together, I hope to create a safer, non-judgmental, and accepting space where you learn, grow, and heal.
