I collaborate with clients to examine thoughts, behaviors, and experiences to assist in finding unhealthy patterns while developing skills to cope with difficult situations, reevaluate actions, and develop greater confidence in one's abilities. My focus is on utilizing strength-based approaches to highlight the strengths that my clients already possess.
