I am a change focused provider who works with adults coping with anxiety, depression and life transitions. I strive to provide a safe experience for clients to express anything they may be dealing, so that together we can identify underlying issues that prevent them from being the best versions of themselves. While my approach is direct and change-focused; it is also practical, empathetic and directed toward strengths. I cultivate plans for alternative healing that are specific to each client and always keep their feedback and concerns in mind.
In addition to my training and master's in clinical social work, I spent over a decade training in Eastern Philosophies of healing, such as reiki, meridian tapping, and energy work. I now study at Harvard Divinity school. I hold a diverse set of skills that enhance my abilities and allow me to work with a broad demographic of patients.
I strive to help each client live and enjoy their best versions of themselves. I believe it is essential to work on the mind, body and spirit in order to achieve the highest success in emotional, physical and psychological health.
