I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. In everyone's life, we all have challenges and experiences that result in the need to understand that we cannot change everything that happens to us. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Treatment to: Understand that despite hardship and what has happened in your life, there is a core you that is steadfast, strong, and unbroken and that you can learn to react to these experiences differently.
I use a calm environment to help you feel safe and to allow you to identify your direction and ways that you can work to move in that direction. I will help you examine what you want your life to be about and move toward these values toward a more satisfying life.
