Do you struggle to trust others, to maintain stable relationships, to communicate your needs and understand your feelings? I aim to help teens and adults struggling with the effects of trauma and attachment injury in various areas of their lives. My goal is to help you heal from your past and understand how it has shaped your emotions, behaviors, thought patterns and relationships with others. I specialize in helping individuals heal from and manage their anxiety and trauma-related disorders. I do this through EMDR as well as more traditional therapy modalities such as CBT and motivational interviewing. I’m happy to work with you to create a unique therapy experience that best fits your needs.
I have a great passion for helping individuals understand that they are more than their diagnosis and that the behaviors and choices that may have come as a result of adverse experiences do not make them a bad person.
