My approach to therapy is integrative, combining attachment focused, IFS-informed, body-centered, and psychodynamic orientations. I believe that knowing and understanding our parts, our histories, and our bodily and emotional reactions can help clients improve their relationships with themselves and others.
I have specialized training and experience working with LGBTQ adults in different life phases, as well as artists who see creativity as a part of their life and a source of their growth. I have over a decade of experience helping folks find healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, parenting, unhealthy relationship patterns and addiction.
