I believe in using a treatment that is proven to be helpful. I've worked extensively with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression and trauma.
For adults, I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention, which targets OCD symptoms and helps you be in the driver seat of your life- not your OCD or your anxiety. I'm also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, which is a trauma treatment for adults to help work through the challenges of PTSD and find symptom relief.
For children, I utilize Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) which is focused on strengthening the relationship between parent and child to decrease problem behaviors. It is mainly utilized to treat ADHD and ODD for children ages 3-6. I also have experience with children and teens, and I believe it is important to involve parents in the process.
