Many face different trials and hardships in life and need someone to listen and help them explore their world of mental wellness. My goal as a counselor is to help you reach your therapeutic goals in alignment with what works best for you. I specialize in women's issues, as it relates to anxiety, stress, family concerns, and overall mental wellness. I work closely with those newly diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) needing to process through the diagnosis and start their journey towards mental wellness. I also offer virtual walk and talk sessions.
Embracing mental wellness allows for a more balanced life and relationship with self. With my person centered CBT approach I will meet you where you're at and take the time to help you grow in your goals. I am open to discuss any questions or concerns you may have and set up an intake appointment if you see fit.
