Hi there! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety disorders, perfectionism, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in children, adolescents, and adults. I work collaboratively with my clients to understand the ways their symptoms are impacting their lives, and then make unique treatment plans to best suit their individual needs. I adherently provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy, with a particular emphasis on exposure and response prevention. I utilize interventions that research has shown to be effective while maintaining a compassionate environment for you.
I have received extensive training in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders with some of the foremost experts in the field. I trained at Children’s National Hospital, Medstar Georgetown University Hospital, the Capital Institute for Cognitive Therapy, and MindWell Psychology during my doctoral training.
