I work with adults who are confronting a myriad of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and navigating life changes. I believe whole-heartedly in the importance of work that addresses both symptoms and their root causes, understanding the time, attention, and support it can take to tease out these often-tangled threads. I recognize that while all individuals have the capacity to heal, not everyone has been given the context in which to. I always endeavor to provide support that facilitates that process, and to help my clients explore their inner landscapes.
Being a human is hard. While it may sound silly, sometimes accepting this universal truth is the first step in giving ourselves permission to reach out for support. I recognize the nuance of each individual’s experience, lending support to my clients in building up self-compassion while becoming curious about the many parts of themselves.
I root my practice in a framework that is trauma-focused, anti-oppressive, and identity-affirming, and commit to showing up with authenticity and humor.
