Hey there, I'm Allie! As a millennial, I have a unique understanding of the pressures we are all facing today. Social media, having kids (or not), career goals, relationships, friendships, family planning... it can feel overwhelming! My clients work with me to manage their emotions and feel more in control of their life; whether that's throughout pregnancy and postpartum, between themselves and their young child, or figuring out the path they want their life to take next. By working together, we improve your confidence and self-esteem, strengthen your relationships, and reduce anxiety, depression, and stress.
I'm trained and experienced to work with both kids and adults, particularly pregnant and postpartum women. I work with my clients to set individualized goals that support them both now and in the future. By working with you throughout multiple life phases, I get to know you, your wishes, your values, and past experiences, to better understand present needs.
It can be scary, nerve wracking, or even awkward looking for a therapist. Finding the right fit can even feel like dating.
