I provide therapy for teeangers navigating the struggles of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem; individual therapy for young adult women wanting to increase their confidence and learning to set boundaries; and couples therapy, whether you are at a premarital stage or just need a tune up.
In therapy, I am both warm and direct, helping clients connect to their own power and build on the internal strengths that we sometimes forget to see in ourselves when we get clouded with depression, anxiety and low self-worth. I use strengths-based approaches to help clients create meaningful change toward their counseling goals.
I love celebrating when a client comes back to session more in touch with their self-worth, able to hold a boundary for the first time, confident taking up space in relationships, and moving towards healthier relationships when they previously didn’t know what that really looked like.
