I work with teens, individuals, and couples, and approach each of my clients uniquely with empathy and understanding. I am trained in ImTT and Brainspotting and take a dynamic approach, one that is client centered, body based, and trauma informed. This means we focus on the connection of the mind, body, and brain to create integration and body regulation.
