Welcome to my page! I'm Allie, a licensed therapist based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, also offering telehealth services. I am deeply passionate about supporting clients through complex trauma, shame, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. As a collaborative therapist, I strive to offer a non-judgmental and curious approach. My goal is to help my clients strengthen their internal relationship with all parts of themselves with the hope of improving self compassion, confidence and unburdening experiences and narratives that no longer serve them.
Understanding the connection between our emotional mind and physical body is essential. A central focus of my work is recognizing the unique aspects of each client's nervous system. I provide psychoeducation and practical skills aimed at realigning the relationship between mind and body, enhancing resilience to navigate the challenges that brought you here.
I work with children, teens, and adults, utilizing a systems-based approach with training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and certifications in Sand-Play Therapy (CSPT) and Somatic Attachment Therapy (SAT).
