I am first and foremost a Christian, then I am a counselor. It is the application of biblical principles that allow me to bring lasting results in the lives of my clients. I use a wide variety of theoretical approaches, techniques and activities depending on the needs of the client. Acting as a guide that comes along your side, my goal is to assist you in identifying and resolving conflicts that have lingered in your life. We will explore the events that have impacted you the most, but we will focus on your current circumstances and begin taking proactive steps for a better future.

I have a lot of experience helping people become "unstuck". I will assist you in bringing clarity to your thought processes, thus improving your emotions. Many anxieties and other mental health issues are derived in misaligned thought patterns. Even though negative patterns take a long period of time to develop, they can be unraveled rather quickly.

I understand the nervousness of reaching out to others for help, but I assure you that I will make the process as smooth as possible.
