I have been a licensed psychologist for the past 32 years. I have always felt it is a privilege to work with people and help them achieve the life they desire. My approach is to help people look at past events and experiences which affect their mood and behaviors today and prevent them from getting what they want in life. I also focus on the present by teaching people skills to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. We set goals together and work towards meeting them. I will be offering mindfulness-based treatment for anxiety and depression for individuals. Accepting new referrals for a wait list.
I treat people from childhood to the elderly. This includes individuals, couples and families as well as organizations. Some common issues include anxiety, depression, ADHD, childhood behavior problems, parenting and relationship difficulties, sexual concerns and grief/bereavement. I teach relaxation and stress-reduction techniques for a wide range of concerns.
