As an EMDR therapist, I specialize in working with those whose lives are disrupted by anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or phobias. I work with a fear of flying/aerophobia. With EMDR and EFT-oriented therapy, my goal is to help you feel calmer and become more satisfied with yourself and your life.
