I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to put in the effort needed to succeed at working towards their unique goals, whether that may be coping with daily life pressures, finding stability and inner peace during times of turbulence or change, processing deep and uncomfortable emotions, or maybe even discovering what it means for them to live a truly authentic life.
I'm passionate about relational and systemic issues and working with couples to cultivate a deeper, more secure connection within their relationship as well as within themselves. My experience is in working with clients of all ages who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, self esteem issues, communication issues, depression, and relational issues.
