It's hard to function everyday with an underlying feeling as if something is preventing you from being your most authentic self. As a wife of a police officer I have personal and professional experience working through the challenges of being a first responder. I specialize in working with first responders and their families, those who struggle with navigating through life due to anxiety as well as individuals who may have a difficulty with maintaining relationships.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment which promotes self reflection and trust. I am certified in EMDR which is a powerful therapeutic approach to treat recent or chronic concerns related to trauma or stress. All of this impacts your mind, and body often resulting in mood disturbances, physiological challenges and interpersonal struggles.
