I am trained in EMDR which is a powerful therapeutic approach to treat recent or chronic concerns related to trauma or stress. I use EMDR to explore the connection between mind, body and heart. Our body does not forget and often times can be a reflection of how we are genuinely feeling or experiencing situations.
I've committed to joining you along this journey while providing you with individualized coping strategies such as communication, mindfulness, and distress tolerance techniques. The goal of therapy is the development of a deeper connection with yourself, your environment and the people in your life.
