I take an holistic approach with my clients and incorporate aspects of Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR and have a unique perspective on dealing with clients difficulties through multiple lenses. My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship that is based on openness and acceptance.
I create an individualized plan for each client and give you practical tools to help you with life's challenges. I am down to earth, current and non-judgmental. I create a warm trusting environment, where you can be your true self and become the best version of you.
