After I retired from the Air Force, I was on a mission trip and became passionate about helping people to grow and become the best version of themself. I pursued and earned my master's degree in professional counseling from Liberty University. Navigating through life can be challenging and sometimes you need help. I work with people who individuals who experience depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief, low self-esteem and other life/mental health challenges. I use an integrative approach because not one approach works for everyone. I value your individuality and will work with you to find an approach that works for you.
