I am an active listener, and my goal is to listen to my clients and help them to deal with their issues. I realize the need to be heard, so I am here to listen so that we can both get along in this journey together to find unique solutions. I typically work with adult clients & however, in some instances I also take on clients who are older adolescents or older adults. Saturday appointments are available. I look forward to meeting you.
My area of expertise is assisting people with complex medical challenges such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, diabetes, and other medical conditions. My credentials include a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Neuropharmacology, and Biochemistry, and an M.D. from Saba University.
I understand the people who reach out to the counselors, sometimes they find it hard to express themselves to a person who they never met before. If you decide to go through this therapeutic journey with me, you will find that I am easy to approach and easy to talk to and willing to listen.
