The power of therapy and our therapeutic relationship can get you moving. After all, sometimes we need an objective listener, someone to validate us, challenge us, and offer new perspectives. The same applies to kids and I often utilize play for assessing and treatment.
For over a decade, I have worked with my clients to support them in reaching their goals. Currently, I work as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Highland Park Psychological Services offering teletherapy and in-person counseling services. I've worked with kids, adolescents, and adults in outpatient/community mental health, schools, and taught at the graduate level.
