Along with couples and families I work with individual adults and teens experiencing stress, anxiety, and trauma.
I use an emotion focused approach that will help each individual feel seen, validated, and understood. I create a safe space to explore emotional experiences free from judgment. My ability to see many different perspectives and possibilities allows me to provide insights to my clients and mediate tensions in the therapeutic environment.
