With over 20 years experience, I strive to create a safe, relaxed environment where you feel able to be open and vulnerable. I believe in drawing upon the strengths and resilience of my clients as we do our work together, whether that is short term counseling to navigate some of life’s bumps or for long term therapy to work on chronic issues or patterns.
