I have worked in the mental health field for 8 years. I enjoy working with all ages, especially young adults and adults. I am particularly experienced in treating anxiety/depression, trauma, sexual addictive behaviors, shame/perfectionism, and women’s issues.
The last thing you need while you’re struggling is to feel shame for being human. I provide a compassionate, validating, and empathic approach to therapy, and hope that in doing so you feel safe and willing to lean in to the therapy process with me.
