Teen Girls' Group
New group for teenage girls, beginning Fall 2023. Do you know any high school girls who could benefit from group therapy? In this group they can meet other girls who may have similar struggles, like anxiety, frequent sadness, few or no friends. Group members participate in creative art and writing activities, engage in group discussions, share supportive feedback, relate to each other, and learn skills to help them express feelings safely and effectively.
