I use a variety of theoretical approaches and evidence-based techniques to support you in meeting your counseling goals. I have experience working with clients of all ages. I will aim to help you better understand your emotions and thoughts and will assist you in developing the skills to manage those feelings and thoughts when they become unpleasant.
