I believe that every person brings a distinct and unique experience to insights and impacts on their fellow humans. You shine brightly, even in your darkest moments, and my goal is to build on the strengths and resilience that carried you through challenges. I hope to support you during life transitions, conflict resolution, co-occurring disorders, neurodivergence, and building and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships. I work with you in a collaborative effort by using a holistic, person-centered approach, focusing on self-determination and working through identity-related issues.
I provide a safe environment accepting of all individuals with a focus on BIPOC and feminine-leaning individuals. Through strengths-based theory, self-compassion, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I work with you to process trauma on historical, generational, and all levels and how those influences have shaped who you are today.
