Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio. I studied Psychology at Miami University (2007) and received a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton (2009). I have since worked with a variety of clients across multiple settings including the past 11 years in private practice. I focus on anxiety and depression as well as relationships, family conflict, parenting, and postpartum. I practice from a holistic and integrative perspective which includes looking at all facets of the individual’s life and using appropriate interventions to help clients create positive, permanent cha
I utilize a variety of approaches to do this including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Approach, and Systems Theory. I very much believe in meeting the client where they are at and tailoring an individual plan to help you begin to feel better.
