Welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. I have expertise in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment for a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and behavioral difficulties. My goal is to provide you with a warm and validating space where we can collaboratively achieve your goals. In sessions we will develop adaptive coping skills, gently confront emotions, and build a life that is meaningful and fulfilling for you. I currently have openings for telehealth sessions only.
