Together, we co-create a relationship founded on deep love and a restored sense of playfulness and connection. By addressing the underlying relational patterns that lead to dysfunction, recurring problems are eliminated.
My work with individuals focuses on improving self-worth, restoring a loving connection with the body, and improving secure attachment. Negative core beliefs, trauma, and unhealthy coping mechanisms are processed and released in order to build the life you desire. Clients experience transformation as relationships with others are restored and strengthened.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, holistic, and solution-focused. Instead of focusing solely on the problem, we focus on what it is you truly want and how to get there. I have healed from severe trauma, addiction, and loss, and now live a life of deep peace and joy. I can help you do the same.
