While I work with clients on a range of concerns, I have extensive experience working with people who have endured abuse or neglect, as well as with people of transgender experience and LGB folks.
I specialize in anti-oppressive, identity-affirming therapy for depression, anxiety, dissociation and complex ptsd. My integrated approach includes EMDR, CBT, narrative, attachment-based and psychodynamic therapies. I will do my utmost to build with you a nurturing and secure therapeutic relationship through which healing and growth can take place.
My belief is that a nonjudgmental space allows folks to become more self-aware, more self-accepting, and more intentional about the way they live their lives.
