I'm a board certified LPC counselor (NCC), trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, and certified in Level 2 Gottman Therapy.
I like to incorporate faith into our sessions as I believe that full healing doesn’t occur unless we bring our spiritual lives into the process. I am Christian and address faith-based counseling from this viewpoint. But therapy should always be client-driven so how (and if) faith is incorporated, will be determined by you.
