I am EMDR trained and have experience working with clients in trauma specific treatment settings. Additionally, I work with clients on life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I utilize an eclectic approach of evidence-based modalities including psychodynamic, narrative, strengths-based, mindfulness, and EMDR to help you achieve your change.
